Cento sits behind a quiet doorway on Soi Sala Daeng 1/1, the kind of place you walk past twice before you find it. Inside, MTM Design built something warm: natural wood, soft tones, and four distinct rooms that each feel different. The main dining room holds seventy, the garden seats forty under open air, and there is a wine room for eight and a private room for twelve. Ferran Tadeo, who trained under Ferran Adria at El Bulli, runs a non-regional Italian menu that moves from bread and crudo through pasta and grill. Three hundred wine labels lean Italian and old-world. The kind of place where dinner stretches past midnight and nobody is in a rush to leave.

Insider Tip

Book the wine room through SevenRooms for groups of eight or fewer. Sunday lunch starts at noon and draws a lighter crowd than the evening service. The half-circle banquettes in the main room offer the best sightline across the open bar.
